1. “CV. ANGGORA NURSERY” is an online Plant shop. Orders are accepted online at the following site: www.anggoranursery.id 2. All products offered in the Anggora Nursery online shop are Plant products that are not protected by Indonesian law. 3. We complete the delivery of plants with phytosanitary certificate documents and invoices. 4. Before purchasing plants at Anggora Nursery, Buyers must know about the rules in their own country such as countries that require import permits. 5. All prices listed in the Anggora Nursery online shop include tax. 6. Every purchase is sent by EMS and DHL Express courier services. 7. The time or duration of delivery is the authority of the relevant expedition service. 8. To make a phytosanitary certificate takes approximately 10 days and working hours are Indonesian time (Monday – Friday 08.00 – 15.00 WIB) 9. Goods are sent on the first working day after the phytosanitary certificate is complete. 10. If within more than 10 working days the phytosanitary has not been completed, we will inform the buyer via email or telephone number listed in the buyer’s document. 11. Photos of plants in the product as examples and we will look for good, healthy plants that are more or less like those listed in the photo. 12. The opportunity to return is only valid for a maximum of 2 days after you receive the goods. 14. Delays in delivery time by the shipping service are beyond the responsibility of Anggora Nursery. 15.
